Frequently Asked Questions about The Preserve
What is The Preserve?
The Preserve is a luxury community of high-end custom homes. The guarded and gated community is located in the Fields development, home to the PGA Frisco, a golfer’s paradise with two signature 18-hole courses which will host over 25 tournaments in its first decade, including the 2027 PGA Championship. Read more about Fields below.
Homes will start being built summer 2024.
What are they building around The Preserve?
The Preserve is part of the $10 billion Fields development. Fields will provide the “15 minute city” with everything a few minutes away. Over 25 miles of walking and biking trails lead you around the neighborhood, golf course, and under major thoroughfares to Fields West, the sister property to Legacy West, all the way to the one-of-a-kind Universal Kids Resort, coming in 2026. In view from the Preserve, you see The PGA of America headquarters and The Omni PGA Frisco Resort offering 550 rooms, meeting spaces, spa, and fine dining. The PGA District completes the scene with regularly scheduled outdoor music and movie experiences, a par 3 course, a free 2 acre putt putt green rivaling St Andrew’s, and dining to cater to all.
